Dan has been with Groom since he was 16 and has managed all 3 of the stores during this time. His wealth of knowledge and experience is second to none.

Colin has over 40 years experience in the retail industry. Initially joining Groom as Liverpool manager in 2005, he went on to fulfil this role in a further 2 stores. You can now find him supporting the Chester team 3 days a week.

Hugo plays an integral role - coordinating marketing & social media for the brand. You will also find him on the shop floor as his keen eye for detail makes him actively involved in the sales side of the business.

Groom has been in Chester for over 15 years under the leadership of Dan. The store is the sole provider of suit rentals in the city, staffed by Colin, Floren and Hugo. As a team they work tirelessly, guiding grooms to find their perfect wedding day look.
Liverpool Store
With over 18 years experience in men's retail, Vicky is on hand with ample advice, bringing your ideas to life. She is always available to answer questions and will make sure you leave with a suit and smile to match.

Rita is an established member of the team. Having worked for Groom for over 8 years, her expertise, warmth and friendly nature make visiting Groom a hugely rewarding experience.

Jill is a core member of the Liverpool team, having been with Groom for over 13 years she is always on hand to help with any questions. Jill works tirelessly to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect for your big day.

In 2003 Groom opened their first Liverpool store in a beautiful grade 2 listed building. Vicky leads up a dedicated team, Jill, Rita, Mikayla and Chelsea, who are committed to providing exceptional, personalised service in the world of men’s fashion.
Warrington Store
Nicci stepped into the role of general manager, a couple of years after joining Groom. Nicci is hard working, professional, with a lighthearted fun side!

You'll never find Jodie not smiling. She has a degree in Textiles & Surface Design, showcasing her creative skills. Her attention to detail and great customer service make her a perfect fit for our store.

Janice thrives in Warrington, she loves the customer experience side, being a people person makes her customer service second to none.

Nicci who’s been with Groom since 2014 fronts the store with the aid of Jodie and Janice. From formal suit hire to wedding suits, prom pieces or race day attire, there is nothing these ladies cannot advise on.
