A fanstastic service from start to finish. Florentyna was incredibly helpful, friendly and very supportive in getting everything organised. All the team were brilliant, and when there were a couple of minor sizing issues when the suits arrived, there was no fuss or drama; everything was just sorted out.
I can't fault the team at Groom, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again!

Staff were fantastic here when I bought/hired suits for my wedding, they made sure that what I was wearing suited me perfectly and were more than happy to help even afeter I kept going back with more questions, would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a suit!

You could say I'm very particular when buying a suit.
We have visited other companies and as soon as we walked in late, the young man introduced himself and matched me to my appointment.
He was kind, understanding l and helped put me at ease.
It really felt like my own personal assistant, even helping to put my jacket on and boetie.
It really matters to have an employee who really made me feel welcomed.
Really delighted with the service he provided and the best money spent for my sisters wedding.
I will be back for some sport suit jackets to match my jeans and evening wear.
If possible please feedback to him as staff who are that welcoming should be raised up.
